The Caribbean's newest destination master planned resort project Swan Island Development, LLC is accepting qualified hotel and resort developers to partner in the following resorts, Serenity Bay Beach Resort ( Timeshare), Royal Marina and Yacht Club and Coral Beach Royal Polynesian Resort and Spa. The resorts will be four star properties with 500 rooms each. Swan Island Development LLC, will invest the land with improvements and substantial tax advantages for an equity position. Swan Island Development, LLC will also consider investing additional capital to take a larger equity position.
