Swan Island Development, LLC. CEO Mr. Kevin E. Morrill is pleased to announce that the Swan Island Project is progressing as planned, and is pleased to announce a significant increase in the scope of the project. The additional development of a 1600 acre development on the Honduran mainland, boasting 7 miles of undeveloped pristine beach front property. The new development will be named "Reve a la mer" Dream at the sea. It will consist of (2) 2 mile beach front developments of residential areas and a 3 mile section of resort and retail development between the two residential areas. This new development will assist the development and marketing of The Swan Islands Resort Project while in and of itself will be one of the largest mixed use master developments in Central America and the Caribbean. Swan Island Development, LLC. CEO Mr. Kevin E. Morrill has no official comment on the project at this time. Due to ongoing negotiations with the government of Honduras, and the sensitive nature of the project, the confidentiality of the negotiations need to remain as such during the next few months. Mr. Morrill will release the updated situation on the project and the outcome of the continued negotiations for the concession to development the Swan Islands.
